Reviewing a Personal Profile

The Personal Profile tab in Smart Web enables users to update their own directory and status information, add or change an exception, view active and archived messages, archive messages, and change their email address. Each of these functions can be accessed from the tabs in the Personal Profile screen.

Accessing the Personal Profile screen requires a user login name and password. This ensures that only the user can change his or her personal information.

Hiding and Displaying Sections

Some sections in the Personal Profile tabs can be hidden and displayed using the hide and display icons in the title bar for the section.

      Click the hide icon  on the right end of the header to hide the section.

      Click the unhide icon  on the right end of the header to display the section.

 

Spok Mobile Registration

A list of the pagers assigned to the logged-in user can be displayed in the Device Mgmt tab. If a pager has been enabled for use with Spok Mobile, a Mobile Registration link is available for the pager. You can click the link to access the Spok Mobile registration web site and register the pager.

Additional Personal Profile Tabs

Depending on how your organization’s system is configured, you may be able to display more directory information in an additional Directory tab and be able to update it in the Directory Update tab.
