Adding and Updating Email Addresses
A user can update existing or add new email addresses in the Email Update section in the Device Mgmt tab. More than one email address can be specified for a person.
When more than one email address is specified, the addresses can be assigned an order number. The order number determines which email address is used when an email is sent. The email address with the highest order number is used by default. The number “1” is the highest order number. When order numbers are not assigned, or more than one email address is assigned the same order number, the Oracle selection rules determine which email address is used.
NOTE: If the Send to all devices option is selected, the page is sent to all of the pagers assigned to the person. For more information about this option, please refer to Selecting the Send to All Devices Option.
