Paging a Message Group that is assigned a Password
A message group may be assigned a password, which is used to limit the users that are able to access and use the message group. When a password has been assigned to a message group, the password must be entered before the message group can be included in the list of recipients.
When a password is required for a message group, a phrase in white text and with a red background displays in the Status column in the screen.
NOTE: The text of the phrase is configurable. Please refer to your Spok system administrator for more information.
The password dialog displays when the user clicks on the green and white plus sign icon to select the message group as a recipient.
1. Enter the message group password in the dialog.
2. Click the Submit button.
