Using the Quick View List Feature

The Quick View list feature is used to limit the on-call groups displayed by default in the search results section of the various On-Call screens. The Quick View list generally consists of the on-call groups that the person currently logged in to Smart Web uses the most.

IMPORTANT: The Quick View list is associated with a user’s log in name and password. Each user can have only one Quick View list.

The Quick View list is set up and maintained in the Personal Profile Quick View Settings tab. You can select and remove the on-call groups that should be in the Quick View list.

You can use the On-Call Quick View tab to search for an on-call group within only the on-call groups in the Quick View list. In the On-Call Scheduler Assignment, Calendar Assignment, and Block Assignment screens, you can use the Quick List\All Groups toggle button in the toolbar to display either the Quick View list or all on-call groups.

NOTE: Your system must be configured to use this option. Please refer to your system administrator to ensure you are able to use this feature.
