Working with Smart Web

Reviewing Active Messages

When the user that is currently logged in to Smart Web has messages, the number of active messages displays in the title bar, next to the person’s name. The user can click the Active Messages link to display his or her messages.

1.  Log in to Smart Web. For information about logging in, please refer to Logging in to Smart Web.

2.  Look at the number of messages in the Active Messages link in the title bar to confirm that you have active messages.

 

 

3.  Click the Active Messages link. The Inbox tab in the Personal Profile screen displays, showing the active messages. For more detailed information about this tab, please refer to Viewing the Active Messages.
