When a message is no longer current it can be archived. Archived messages can be viewed in the Inbox tab by clicking the Go to Archive Message link. This helps to separate the current messages from the old messages.

1. Access Smart Web.
2. Click on the Personal Profile tab and log in if required.
3. Click on the Inbox tab. The active messages display at the bottom of the screen.
4. Perform a search or scroll through the messages to find those that should be removed from the active messages list and archived.
5. Choose the Archive option for each message that should be archived. More than one message can be selected. To select all of the active messages, click the Select All button.
6. Click the Archive icon to archive the selected messages. A message displays to verify that the messages were archived.
7. Click the OK button to close the message and update the screen. The selected messages are removed from the list of active messages and added to the list of archived messages.
8. To view the archived messages, click the Go to Archive Messages link. Only the archived messages are displayed. For an example of viewing the archived messages, please refer to Viewing Archived Messages.
