Emailing from the Paging/Directory Screen
An email icon displays in the icon column if the person has an email address assigned. You can click the email icon to send an email message to the person.
NOTE: An email application must be installed on the client machine you are working on to be able to use this feature.
1. Search for the person you want to email.
2. Click the email icon. An email message screen displays. The To field is populated with the email address for the person.
3. Follow the normal process to enter an email message and send the email.
