Using the Call Assistant Application
The Call Assistant application is used to place phone calls from Smart Web. When a phone number displays in Smart Web, you can click on the phone number to access the Call Assistant screen. The phone extension registered with your computer and the extension you want to dial are displayed in the screen. You can automatically dial the extension with the click of one button.
IMPORTANT: This application is an add-on to Smart Web and must be purchased separately.
