The module access options determine:
• whether a directory information, with or without a phone number, displays
• whether the Call Assistant application can be used

Select both the Published and Enabled options to ensure that all directory record information, including the phone number, is displayed in Smart Web. NOTE: Selecting the Published option alone has no effect on Smart Web. |
Enabled + Published + Transfer (Allowed) |
Select the Transfer Allowed, Enabled, and Published options to be able to access and use the Call Assistant application can be accessed and used. The Call Assistant application must also be purchased and installed. If the Call Assistant application has not been purchased and installed, the Transfer Allowed option has no effect for Smart Web. |
