Creating a Default Message for a Numeric Pager

The default numeric message is used by default when a numeric pager is sent from the mobile wireless device. The default message for a numeric pager is generally a callback number. Only characters from the following set may be used: 0123456789*#

1.  Access Smart Web from your mobile device.

 

 

2.  Choose the Setup option. The Paging Options screen displays.

 

 

3.  Choose the Numeric Pager option.

4.  Enter the callback number. Only characters from the following set may be used: 0123456789*#

 

 

5.  Click the Send button. A message displays, showing that the default message has been saved.
